Nurturing the West Kimberley

Honoured to have created a mural for Broome Hospital's maternity ward courtyard, capturing the essence of motherhood, birth, and the beauty of babies.

This artwork pays homage to the incredible power of women as the beholders of new life. The West Kimberley scenery of Broome, Western Australia, serves as the backdrop, blending the rich colours of the land with the nurturing spirit of Mother Nature. A heartfelt thank you to the staff at Broome Hospital for commissioning this mural, allowing us to bring a touch of joy and serenity to the maternity ward.

Aisha's Art

Western Australia
Hi, my name is Aisha pronounced Aye-sha and I have been passionate about all things art and creativity since I could hold a pencil. I started painting professionally and selling my art in high school. From there, I ran my art business casually on the side of all of my endeavours, including an arts degree and a health degree. After my health degree, I worked as a social worker and combined my skills in art and therapy to deliver mental health wellbeing counselling and workshops. In 2022 and after many years of working in the mental health field, I decided to go full-time with my art business. I predominately paint bright and colourful large-scale paintings and murals and occasionally facilitate art workshops. I am extremely passionate about the power of art as a source of therapy. Whether you are involved in the artistic process or get the pleasure of witnessing the magic.
