South Perth

This elegant home in South Perth features a long window in the kitchen overlooking the back walkway – a unique and perfect canvas for a mural.

The client asked Hayley to create an illustrative mural inspired by Australian native botanicals and the iconic black cockatoo. Taking cues from the lavishly furnished home, Hayley used metallic gold to tie in the art with the home’s decor.

Hayley took inspiration from the Carnaby black cockatoo, the waratah flower, proteas (non-native) and eucalyptus to create a design that can be enjoyed from the kitchen, dining and living areas.
